I loved the service from the staff, especially the enthusiastic and friendly concierge. The shuttle service to BTS Thonglo and the tuk tuk service around ThongLo were very convenient. The large and comfortable rooms were perfect for my family of seven. The hotel's location in the heart of Thonglor was great, with many restaurants, pubs, and bars within walking distance. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I appreciated being able to use the lounge after check out.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is fantastic with a 24hr supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. There are also fancy restaurants and bars nearby. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of dining options available to us in the area.

The staff at Muu Bangkok Hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel well taken care of during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Spacious suite with comfy bed and sofas. In-room washer/dryer. Fairly quiet, great location in Thong Lo. Tasty tea and comfortable pillows. Nice pool area for photos. Trendy area with cool bars and restaurants. Modern, clean, well-decorated rooms. Amazing staff and service. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Luxurious amenities including swimming pool, restaurant, and lounge bar. Helpful and kind staff, went above and beyond to assist. Special gem worth recommending.

This hotel provides a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities like a stunning outdoor swimming pool and fully-equipped spa centre. the sun terrace is perfect for sun loungers while enjoying fresh drinks from the poolside snack bar. Rooms offer special advantages with private facilities. the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of special diet menus. the location is perfect for exploring the area, with popular restaurants and nightlife options nearby.

Although this hotel provides great service, I did notice a minor issue in the room with a damp smell.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the staff provided exceptional service and were attentive to my every need. the Spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the room advantages were exclusive and made me feel like royalty.

The only minor issue I experienced was the slow Wi-Fi connection in my room. this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

The TV in the room may have some technical issues, such as limited access to YouTube.

During my recent stay at Muu Bangkok Hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms. The staff was attentive and were really nice too ensure my comfort. I particularly appreciated the complimentary water provided by the doorman, Mr Ya, when I arrived at the hotel. The pool area was fantastic, and the gym was clean and well-equipped. my experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend staying at Muu Bangkok Hotel.
